Standard payment scheme:

30% of the price upon signing a Preliminary Agreement;

35% of the price upon receipt of Act/Deed 14 (January, 2025);

25% of the price upon receipt of Act/Deed 15 (December, 2025);

10% of the price of the apartment upon receipt of Act/Deed 16.
