STAGE 1
START OF CONSTRUCTION - OCTOBER, 2022.

The first stage includes the construction of entrance 3, 4, 5 and 6, located in the northern and highest part of the plot, in the direction of "3rd March" Blvd.

With the completion of this stage a total of 110 objects, of which 102 apartments, 3 studios and 5 additional objects will be put into operation.

All entrances have an elevator that also serves the underground level. All apartments have either a closet or basement. The clear height of the residential floors is 260 cm. Some of the apartments on the ground floor (elevation +3.50) will have a courtyard-terrace as a direct connection to the inner space of the complex. Act/Deed 15 granted 30.09.2024.

STAGE 2
START OF CONSTRUCTION: 10th June 2024

Stage 2 is the easthern part of the complex facing blvd. Republika. It consists of only one residential entrance (7) and commercial space on the ground level.
